In 1999 my husband and I purchased Evelyn Lambart’s spectacular show garden in the South-Eastern Townships of Quebec. Over the next decade, we revived and claimed the garden as our own.
Previously, environmental sensitivities had forced me to stop painting, sculpting, and designing textiles. But eventually the endless beauty of the garden inspired me to develop a novel toolkit of low-toxicity art-making techniques and thereby regain my vocation as an artist.
The Garden Collection includes mono-prints on Japanese paper and a selection of multi-media works.
