sWEETGRASS bRAID
This digital collage is composed of photographs of individual porcupine quills arranged in the form of a sweetgrass braid.
Sweetgrass is one of our Four Sacred Medicines. Its three strands symbolize the interconnectedness of body, mind, and spirit. The women in my family have always kept sweetgrass close at hand.
